Trusting God

Proverbs 3:5-6- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all you ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”

This a pretty straight forward passage wouldn’t you agree?

We can trust the Lord for everything. He knows what’s going to happen, and He knows why it’s going to happen.

I’ve told several of my friends the below paragraph several times before...

“Everything happens for a reason, and though we don’t always understand it at times; everything happens to the glory of God. He has everything in control; all we need to do is trust Him, and He will get us through.”

We must realize that sometimes people will fail us and break our trust, but God isn’t like that. He never fails us, He’s always there for us, and He’ll never leave us.

What an awesome God we serve!
