We tend to forget about God when life's going great, but when trouble comes we go running back to Him. The awesome thing about it all is that God always takes us back no matter what we do, because we're His children and nothing can take us out of His hand.

To Lindsey: Me too! I still have a ton of school to do. (I was doing school till 4 this afternoon) Please continue to pray for me! But I am definately less stressed about it all. I can see the end of the school year so that in a way spurs me on. =)Moriahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10526783236996936213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3490006133800739389.post-54912141496484172272007-05-21T17:35:00.000-06:002007-05-21T17:35:00.000-06:00Moriah- Yea! It's nice to see you back on your blog.
Do you feel less stressed now?

Keith- In the Message version of the Bible one of the Proverbs sounds a lot like that. It's a neat prayer that all of us can/could/should pray.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3490006133800739389.post-64757242100250878582007-05-19T13:46:00.000-06:002007-05-19T13:46:00.000-06:00Yeah, Believe me, I'm thankful for my computer...e...Yeah, Believe me, I'm thankful for my computer...even if it doesn't have sound. Usually trusting in the Lord is an inverse relationship with comfort. The more comfort the less we tend to trust God, the less comfort the more we tend to trust the Lord. I heard a quote by a puritan I believe, maybe not I'm not sure, but it went something like this:
"Give me my daily bread, no more so that I may despise you in my riches and no less that I may forsake you in my despair"Keith M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/12441123863350200656noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3490006133800739389.post-28668737234572891492007-05-18T16:47:00.000-06:002007-05-18T16:47:00.000-06:00To Keith: Gotta' love computers! ;) Thanks! "I have no idea what the pain must be like, but if that happened to me...well let's just say it would be a lot harder than what I am going through now." All I can do is trust in the Lord. I know He'll show me what He wants me to do, and I know He'll get me through.

Daisy: Thanks! All we can do is pray for our friends who've walked away from God.

To Rachel: It's alright. From what I've heard she's doing much better now. Praise God! I do know what you mean. It IS a nice feeling.

To Lindsey: Thanks for the prayers!! I appreciate them! School's going pretty good.
